To be eligible Our competitor must

• Be an Authorised dealer in Australia for the relevant manufacturer
• Be a retailer based in Australia with an ABN
• Not be a standalone online retailer
• Must be inclusive of delivery fees to your location (if any), taxes and charges

To be eligible the item to be purchased must

• Be brand new – not damaged, reconditioned or ex display stock
• Be identical (identical supplier, model number, colour, pack size, components and warranty)
• Be in stock and available for immediate shipment
• Be currently advertised – a written quote, printed media or website link.
• Not be an advertising error where the competitor has published a rectification notice

Excluded from Our Price Match Guarantee

• Competitor’s Package Deals, clearance products, auctions, fire sale warehouse and stock liquidations
• Commercial quantities
• Discounts not available to the General Public (e.g. Business, Trade or Staff pricing)
• Finance, Installation, Bundling, Rebates, Cash back, Loyalty rewards, Coupon offers or other price reducing incentives.
